To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email info@populargardens.com to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, you may ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping.
